Middle School Delay
The opening of Banks Trail Middle School will be delayed until the fall of 2011. However, in order to ease overcrowding at Springfield Middle School, the district will implement part of the middle school reassignment plan that was approved last fall. To view the new assignment areas, go to Parent Information.

Enrollment Freeze
The Board of Trustees has voted to continue the enrollment freeze at Gold Hill Elementary for the 2010-2011 school year. Those children who currently live in the Gold Hill Elementary attendance area, but are now attending Springfield Elementary due to the freeze, will move to Gold Hill next school year.
